Yoga for your lunchbreak, designed to relax your body and calm your mind.
A gentle slow paced 30 minute yoga class, including a short guided relaxation.
Two classes per week to provide flexibility if your lunch time changes or you have a day off.
These friendly and welcoming classes are suitable for beginners.
Pre-booking required - you can book or ask any questions by filling in the form at the bottom of this page.
Mondays 12.30pm to 1.00pm - from 22nd April.
£6 per class (via bank transfer or I have a card reader).
Pre-booking required.
Nearest parking: Pond Road pay and display car park.
Step free access from street. The class is on the first floor, accessed via stairs or a small lift.
Thursdays 12.15pm to 12.45pm - from 23rd May.
£6 per class (via bank transfer or I have a card reader).
Pre-booking required.
Nearest parking: Middle Street or Pond Road pay and display car parks.
Class is on the 2nd floor (there is no lift).
