I'm Su, an Ayurvedic yoga teacher (BWY 500 hours), with additional training in BWY Gentle Years chair yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Menopause yoga.
My Ayurvedic yoga classes include slow flowing sequences and static postures. My Gentle Yoga classes include lots of different options and chairs are available, or if you would like a completely chair based yoga class I teach that too.

I design each class and workshop around the needs of the individual students attending but if you haven't joined one of my classes before and have a particular health issue or anything I need to take into account then please get in touch and we can work out which of my classes would be best for you.
