A fun and friendly BWY Gentle Years chair based yoga class.
The class is designed to help keep your joints mobile and improve strength.
Classes will also include a short relaxation and breathing practice.
No previous experience of yoga is required.

Nearest parking: Pond Road pay and display car park.
Step free access from street, and once inside everything you need is on the ground floor. There is also a cafe on the ground floor.
