I design each class around the needs of the individual students attending. If you haven't joined one of my classes before and have a particular health issue then please get in touch and we can work out which of my classes would be best for you, and I can ensure I design the classes to meet your needs.

Saturday 27th November Yoga for Better Sleep, 2pm to 4.30pm
In the workshop I will share the insight from Ayurveda on what we can do to help improve our ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, so we awake feeling refreshed.
I will teach a posture practice that is useful as an evening practice to support better sleep, and a breathing practice that is also very helpful at bedtime. I'll also share a guided yoga nidra meditative relaxation.
I'll provide handouts for the posture practice and breathing practice so you can follow them at home, and a recording of the yoga nidra so you can use that to help you fall asleep or at any other time of the day when you feel you need some deep restorative rest.
The workshop will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and relaxed, with tools and techniques you can use to help you achieve better sleep.
The workshop is £25 but I am offering an early bird discount of £5 off for bookings by end of October. Pre-booking required.
